Loyd has been a proud member of The Premier Property Group
since the Spring of 2008. He has been practicing real estate in the
area since the early part of 2006. He is a permanent resident of the
area and has decided to make his move to Florida his last. After
growing up in Franklin, TN and graduating from Vanderbilt University,
where he met his wife Wendy, the two moved to Houston, TX where Loyd
pursued his Masters at Rice University. From there a series of moves
followed. Loyd and his wife have lived in Kentucky, Tennessee,
Colorado, New Jersey, Ohio, Alabama, and finally to Florida where the
train has stopped. Because of these moves, Loyd has seen from the
customer perspective how important it is to have a responsive real
estate agent on your side. When Loyd is not helping someone locate
their right piece of real estate, he owns and operates Sea Breeze
Association Management Co. and tries to keep up with his four children
who are spread throughout the country. He loves the relaxing life being
at the beach brings and is excited to help all those interested in
finding the piece of beach property meant for them.
